Ecofarmer 50 – Containerised Wastewater Treatment Plant

waterbox

ECOFARMER HAS BEEN CONVERTING WASTE WATER SINCE 2013

With a strong track record in delivering high quality, turn-key wastewater treatment plant solutions in some of the harshest and most complex environments. Our little brother to the Ecofarmer 250 the Ecofarmer 50 allows for daily flows as little as 2000 l – 10 000 l peak nominal flow per day.

The hybrid SBR platform has advanced automated capability not seen to this day in a simple packaged containerised system. The Ecofarmer 50 is engineered and constructed with a robust 6mm formed custom profile sheet. Offering excellent corrosion allowance, through steel gauge, paint preparation and paint coating aid in supporting the longevity of the system

Simply modifying and standard 20ft ISO container or constructing a slide in shell into a standard container is not the right solution, as these shells are not made to sustain Australia’s variable weather and environmental conditions. Our Ecofarmer product range is designed and engineered to exceed site expectations and meet Registered Professional Engineers (RPE) certification, government and legislative requirements.

Ensuring the long-term asset protection of our client’s investment is forefront to RWTS offering a comprehensive 20-year structural guarantee.

Think modular, think green, think Ecofarmer!

PROJECT SPECIFIC IMPLEMENTATIONWASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT SOLUTION

Our recent client Maca Mining and Civil required a wastewater treatment plant to service their administration waste water requirements for a contracted project in Western Australia. The mining administration centre catered for 70 employees utilising kitchen and ablution facilities. Due to minimal dilution and high raw in fluent strains RWTS recommended the Ecofarmer 50 module system. Its flexibility and smart design would help overcome the influent received and treat the class of final effluent that could be dispersed onto surrounding land through direct irrigation. The Ecofarmer 50 was complete with chlorine contact tank irrigation pump set and irrigation field.

The end result delivered an engineered sustainable wastewater treatment apparatus on site, on time and producing secondary effluent. Meeting the requirements outlined by the Western Australia Department of Health whilst managing a positive impact on the surrounding environment.
